Mick Willing APM is a former New South Wales Police Force Deputy Commissioner with over three decades of experience in national security, counterterrorism and crisis management.

He has led responses to some of Australia's most significant security challenges, including playing a key leadership role during New South Wales' COVID-19 response, overseeing critical public safety operations at a time of national crisis. Mick now provides strategic leadership and sovereign capability development as a member of the CAN.B Group Advisory Board, contributing his expertise to strengthen Australia's national security resilience.
